Join Qiddiya Investment Company as an Assistant Manager - CCU Operator, where you will play a critical role in overseeing the operations of our City Control Unit (CCU). In this dynamic position, you will ensure the integration and smooth functioning of all systems that monitor and control our entertainment attractions and facilities, guaranteeing a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Your leadership and technical expertise will be essential in coordinating with various departments, managing daily operations, and implementing best practices to optimize performance. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction, you will help shape the operational success of the vibrant environment we are creating at Qiddiya.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations and functionality of the City Control Unit, ensuring real-time monitoring and incident management
  • Collaborate with technical teams on system maintenance and upgrades, ensuring optimal performance
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols for all operational activities
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to manage operational needs and address any emergent issues effectively
  • Analyze data from operations to generate reports and identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members on CCU processes and technologies
  • Assist in the planning and execution of operational tests and maintenance schedules
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in CCU technologies to enhance operational effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
  • 4-6 years of experience in operations management, ideally within the entertainment or attractions industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of CCU systems and functions
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of making sound decisions in high-pressure scenarios
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving projects to successful completion
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required

Benefits

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst involved in PMIS implementations or related projects
