Job Description

As a Field Service Representative - Defense Sector (Middle East) for Nokia's Space & Defense sector, you will play a critical role in driving technical solutions that meet the unique demands of NATO and allied nations. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales and development teams to tailor offerings that align with customer needs, while leveraging your deep technical expertise to deliver compelling presentations. Working within a dynamic, innovative team backed by Nokia Bell Labs, you will engage in complex problem-solving to address mission-critical challenges in defense communications. The work environment fosters creativity and collaboration, encouraging you to think outside the box while actively supporting bid teams during proposal phases. How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and develop business opportunities tailored to the unique needs of customers in the Space & Defense sector.
• Provide expert technical support and solution development through a consultative approach to enhance customer engagement and drive sales success.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations that articulate Nokia's value proposition during prospecting and negotiation phases.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of customer network evolution plans, positioning Nokia’s solutions to meet strategic objectives.
• Address complex technical challenges and risks by developing mitigation strategies that lead to impactful business outcomes.
• Support bid teams during offer development, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and customer specifications.
• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding teams on best practices and market trends to innovate products and enhance services.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for Nokia’s solutions and elevating customer relationships.
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

• 5-8 years of experience in telecommunications or defense sectors
• Strong technical understanding of solution architectures and network evolution
• Proven ability to create and deliver technical presentations to customers
• Expertise in consultative selling and developing business strategies
• Strong knowledge of network evolution & architecture
  
  

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience working with military or governmental clients
• Familiarity with network security protocols and compliance standards
• Bonus if you’ve worked with defense agencies, government or military organizations
• Advanced degree in Engineering or related field
• Multilingual capabilities to engage with diverse customer bases
