Job Description
You will be responsible for owning the Functional delivery by liaising with the client business and Compliance experts in implementing OFS EPM-ERM solutions. You will conduct product functional workshops, Support in data element mapping, document the functional specification and gap document, work with technical consultant to configure the application to do the SIT, UAT and Support for Production rollout.

Your Qualifications
- Fluent Arabic speaker, with excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- experience in EPM-ERM solution delivery (OFSAA preferred, or Moody’s, SAS, Actimize)
- In-depth understanding of Saudi banking regulations and reporting
- Experience in Basel, Credit/Market Risk, ALM, Liquidity Risk, FTP, and regulatory compliance projects
- Expertise in Oracle DB/PLSQL a strong advantage
- Consulting experience with Tier 1/2 financial institutions or Treasury operations highly valued
- Cloud/SaaS implementation exposure a plus
- Play a pivotal role in Saudi financial sector modernization, directly supporting Vision 2030 objectives

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the functional delivery of OFSAA EPM/ERM solutions for Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, working at the heart of strategic regulatory and risk transformation.
- Engage directly with senior client stakeholders to understand business requirements, run functional workshops, map out data elements, and document specifications.
- Partner with technical teams to deploy, configure, and test EPM/ERM solutions, supporting user acceptance testing and smooth go-live.
- Contribute your expertise in Basel, ALM, Liquidity and Credit Risk, FTP, and compliance reporting to ensure solutions align precisely with Saudi regulatory mandates.
