At Mercer Middle East’s HR Transformation Practice, we’re looking for a talented Engagement Manager to lead innovative projects in workforce planning and organizational design across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end projects that optimize organizational structures, talent strategies, and workforce models aligned with client goals.
- Conduct in-depth assessments, including workload analysis, skills gap identification, and talent management strategies.
- Design and implement tailored workforce planning models and organizational frameworks to drive operational excellence.
- Facilitate organizational change through value chain analysis, impact assessments, and career architecture development.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor and delivering actionable insights.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.
- Stay ahead of regional market trends, regulatory updates, and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions.
- Contribute to business growth through proposals, client engagement, and thought leadership.
- 6+ years of consulting experience, ideally with reputable firms, with a focus on organizational design and workforce planning.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects in the GCC region.
- Deep knowledge of workforce planning methodologies (bottom-up workload analysis, skills gap analysis, top-down metrics).
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential — your ability to communicate effectively in the regional context is key.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to be on-site in Saudi Arabia for extended periods.
