What You'll Do

• Lead AML/Fraud software implementations from onboarding to go-live and post go-live.
• Be the primary client contact, managing stakeholders across compliance, IT, and business teams
• Create project plans, timelines, and governance reporting to ensure successful delivery
• Align business objectives with technical configurations and integrations
• Manage risks, change requests, and client expectations effectively
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to ensure quality outcomes
• Expand our footprint and offerings to strategic customers.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in enterprise software implementations (AML/Fraud)
• Strong understanding of financial crime systems (TM, Sanctions, KYC/CDD, fraud)
• Proven ability to manage complex client projects and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with integration approaches (APIs, data pipelines, cloud deployments)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
