Job Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical technicians and other team members.
- Plan and schedule electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Inspect electrical systems and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
- Valid electrical supervisor license or certification.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and codes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and supervisory skills to manage a team of electricians
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with other departments and external vendors
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure work is done to specifications
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to electrical work
- Experience in maintaining electrical equipment and systems
- Continual learning and staying updated on advancements in the field
