6. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and work performed.
- Prepare technical documentation such as as-built drawings, inspection reports, and operation manuals.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions.
7. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, and other professionals to align electrical requirements with overall project goals.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and consultants, addressing concerns and providing regular updates.
- Attend project meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and plan upcoming activities.
8. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in electrical systems, tools, and technologies.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve energy efficiency and sustainability within project designs.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff to build technical expertise.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred for senior roles).
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on construction projects.
- Proven experience managing electrical installations on large-scale commercial sites.
Certifications:
- Licensed Saudi Council of Engineer (SCE) or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory based on regional requirements).
- Certification in safety practices (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETAP.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical codes and SBC standards.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:
