Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:
RMA Management
- Own the end-to-end RMA workflow for data centre products, from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely processing and resolution.
- Conduct detailed system-level and electrical test analysis on returned units using ATE, bench/system tests, and diagnostic tools.
- Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions for complex SoC and server-level issues.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports (interim and final) for internal stakeholders and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CQE, design, and operations.
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in RMA processes and turnaround times.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in semiconductor business with strong focus on SoC and data centre hardware.
- Proven track record in system-level and electrical test analysis for complex semiconductor and server components.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Knowledge of server architecture and high-performance computing environments.
- Familiarity with reliability requirements for enterprise and cloud data centres.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Deep understanding of SoC architecture and data centre systems.
- Hands-on experience with electrical test systems, ATE, and system-level diagnostic methodologies.
