Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the electrical design, installation, and maintenance for mall and commercial projects.
- Manage and coordinate electrical requirements for differentiating between owners and tenants’ scope, ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations.
- Review and approve electrical layouts, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure project execution aligns with design and safety standards.
- Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, sustainability standards, and energy efficiency requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently while maintaining project timelines.
- Prepare comprehensive reports about project status compared to the time schedule and cash flow.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with expertise in mall and commercial project management.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting systems, fire alarm systems, and HVAC electrical requirements.
- Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, and Revit MEP.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
