Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in the field. Experience in the retail sector is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online marketing campaigns, optimizing digital strategies, and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising (PPC).
- Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including the website and social media accounts.
- Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage budget allocation for digital marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Assist in developing strategies to drive customer engagement, conversions, and loyalty.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on online advertising, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience in retail or e-commerce marketing is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and other marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
