We are seeking a highly skilled Software Program Manager for one of our biggest clients in Riyadh. The Software Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects within the software development department, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex software projects.

  • Plan, initiate, and manage software development projects through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Allocate resources, prepare budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are executed smoothly.
  • Identify risks and issues proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, development teams, and other relevant parties.
  • Ensure that all software products meet the organization’s quality standards and comply with regulatory requirement
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • 8+ Years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Candidates must be located in Saudi Arabia.
  • Saudi Nationals are preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Software Program Manager or relevant position in the software industry.
  • Proven Experience as a Program Manager in the Financial / Fintech Industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP or Agile certification is a Must.
  • Experience in Jira.
