E Commerce Officer Saudi Arabia

The E com Officer is responsible for supporting the entire E commerce business for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait & Qatar. Furthermore, the E com Officer is responsible for creating weekly and monthly KPI reports for the country. This will be done by structured reporting via strict deadlines. The E com Officer will support the E com Manager for the rest of MEA region as well.

Duties

• To provide the visuals and technical details of the existing Ecco website
• Creating a new product card, adding the necessary visuals and documentation to the product card
• Categorizing products for customer access
• Organizing and controlling the process of incoming orders until they reach the customer (E2E)
• Receiving all kinds of requests from customers regarding E commerce processes and to meet their requests in accordance with company procedures.
• Adapting the relevant campaign to the website during the campaign periods
• To follow E commerce, digital marketing and social media trends closely
• To communicate with the E Commerce companies we work with and to solve the problems that occur/may occur in the fastest way
• Researching, presenting and adapting the necessary developments, projects and collaborations for the site
• Preparing weekly and monthly KPI reports
• Performing marketplace operation processes and related reports
  

Skills/Qualifications

• Background/experience in Retail / E Commerce (preferable)
• Holding a Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge in Nebim (preferable), and MS Office (must)
• Successful in teamwork
• 3 years’ work experience
• English and Arabic Speaker (must)
• Must have gravitas, direct approach, open, someone comfortable working in dynamic and constantly changing environment with new challenges
• Able to multitask
