نبحث عن متدرّب شغوف تجاه معسكرات أكاديمية علو مكرس إلى إدارة المعسكرات للإشراف على برامج التدريب، وتنسيق الأنشطة، وضمان تقديم الجلسات التعليمية بشكل فعال داخل معسكراتنا. يتطلب الدور مهارات تنظيمية قوية، وقدرات قيادية، والقدرة على العمل في بيئة ديناميكية لدعم تطوير المشاركين.
تجربة سابقة في إدارة المعسكرات أو الإشراف على التدريبمهارات تنظيمية وقيادية قويةقدرات تواصل ممتازةالقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتكيف مع بيئات متغيرةإجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزيةخريجينا نحبهم زيادة :)
