Summary

The Data Center Specialist Manager (CCTV/SACS) will oversee end-to-end data center operations, including storage tier management, high availability and disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure performance. The role includes managing and supervising CCTV and SACS systems, ensuring operational continuity, maintaining security standards, and optimizing data center efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in data center operations and the ability to manage mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily data center operations and systems performance.
• Manage storage tiering and capacity planning.
• Design and support DR/HA strategies to ensure service continuity.
• Supervise and maintain CCTV and SACS infrastructure.
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and operational resilience.
• Monitor environmental, power, and facility conditions via DCIM tools.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to meet business needs.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience in data center operations, storage tier management, and DR/HA planning.
• Solid understanding of CCTV/SACS infrastructure administration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
• DCIM certification or equivalent (required).
