About Us

Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. With our core belief: "We help people eat better, live better," we're taking innovation to the global stage. Our story began in 2023 in Hong Kong, China, where we became an industry leader in under a year. Building on that momentum, we entered Saudi Arabia in 2024 and soon expanded to over 20 cities. In 2025, we accelerated further, launching in Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE within a remarkable 40-day span. What You'll Do

• Data Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze capacity-related and customer experience data across cities, quickly identify issues, and propose optimization solutions. Develop and improve capacity monitoring reports, ensuring timely, accurate, and visualized data to support business decisions. 2.Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with city heads, PMMs, and other business teams to drive improvements in capacity and customer experience. Communicate effectively with city teams to convey data insights and jointly address operational challenges. 3.Strategy Support and Execution: Participate in the development and optimization of city capacity management strategies, following up on execution results. Coordinate and advance experience-related operational projects, ensuring effective implementation. 4.Project Management and Process Supervision: Track the entire process of capacity and experience improvement projects to ensure their timely execution and target achievement. Continuously iterate operational plans based on data feedback to drive business improvement. 5.Data Management and Report Optimization: Maintain and update capacity and experience-related databases to ensure data integrity and traceability. Optimize existing data analysis frameworks and report structures to provide tailored reports for different management levels.
  
  

What We Need From You

• Solid data analysis and problem-solving abilities. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus. 2.Operational Knowledge: Understand the operational processes of food delivery and demonstrate the ability to optimize them. Previous experience in project management or city operations is preferred. 3.Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to foster good relationships and drive progress in cross-functional teams. Good command of English, with the ability to create reports and deliver presentations. 4.Stress Management and Proactiveness: Strong ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proactive in identifying and driving improvements to achieve work objectives. 5.Learning and Adaptability: Willing to learn new knowledge and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Experience in capacity or customer experience data analysis is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Work experience in logistics, supply chain, or city operations. Familiarity with data visualization tools. Participation in cross-departmental projects or project management certification (e.g., PMP).
