Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports in Tableau to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Prepare periodic reports, KPIs, and ad hoc analysis to track business performance and highlight opportunities.
- Optimize SQL queries and data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Contribute to data quality improvement initiatives by identifying and resolving inconsistencies or gaps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (preferably PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Hands-on experience building dashboards in Tableau.
- Solid understanding of database structures and data visualization principles.
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
