تعلن شركة راز الماسية العقارية عن توفر شاغر وظيفي بمسمى اخصائي المبيعات العقارية للانضمام إلى فريق المبيعات في جـدة
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- بناء وتوسيع شبكة الوسطاء العقاريين.
- تقديم العروض العقارية وإدارة العلاقات مع الوسطاء.
- متابعة العملاء الحاليين حتى إتمام الصفقات.
- تنظيم الاجتماعات وإعداد التقارير الدورية.
- تقديم العروض العقارية للوحدات الجاهزة ومشاريع البيع على الخارطة بشكل احترافي.
المهارات المطلوبة:
- سرعة التواصل والتعامل الفعّال مع العملاء والوسطاء.
- مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة الوقت بشكل جيد.
- مهارات عالية في التواصل والإقناع وبناء العلاقات المهنية.
- القدرة على تحقيق الأهداف البيعية والعمل بروح الفريق.
- مهارات توثيق وإعداد التقارير.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- ان يكون سعودي/ة الجنسية
- شهادة الدبلوم أو البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مبيعات الوحدات الجاهزة أو البيع على الخارطة او ادارة الوسطاء.
- معرفة جيدة بالسوق العقاري للوحدات السكنية في مدينة جدة.
