As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for...
Strategic HR Consulting:
- Partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Providing expert advice on talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management.
Talent Management:
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, development, and succession planning.
- You will leverage data analysis to identify talent gaps and develop solutions to address them.
Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach aligned with our client values.
- Proactively identify and address potential conflicts. Project Management: Lead and/or support HR projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- You will utilize project management methodologies to manage resources, track progress, and deliver results.
Headcount & Employee Cost Management:
- Partner with business leaders to manage headcount and employee costs effectively, ensuring alignment with budget constraints.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
Business Acumen:
- Strong understanding of business operations and how HR contributes to organizational success.
- Change Adoption Activation: Proven ability to lead and support organizational change initiatives.
Data Analysis:
- Proficiency in analyzing HR data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and improve processes.
Project Management Literacy:
- Experience in managing HR projects using project management methodologies.
HR Tools & Processes:
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR technologies.
- Knowledge of best practices in HR processes.
