Role Overview:

One of the initiatives my organization is working on is to establish a separate brand under which of a group of various educational programs offered for our audience and we are delighted to collaborate with you as a subject matter expert for live online/face to face projects in GCC territory in Artificial Intelligence

We are seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, and engaging Cyber Security Trainer/Consultant to lead workshops, design training programs, and consult with clients on cybersecurity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver interactive cybersecurity training sessions tailored to different audience levels (from end-users to IT/security professionals).
• Develop course materials, labs, simulations, and practical exercises.
• Conduct cybersecurity awareness programs and simulations (e.g., phishing tests, incident response workshops).
• Provide consulting services on cybersecurity frameworks, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Assess client needs and recommend security solutions or improvements.
• Stay current with emerging threats, tools, technologies, and global security standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report outcomes to clients.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and/or training delivery.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools, frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls), and incident response practices.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISM, or similar.
• Experience with both in-person and virtual training delivery platforms.
  
  

Language:

Multi-languages capability is an advantage.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in risk assessment, penetration testing, and threat hunting is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into practical, engaging lessons.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NCA, PCI-DSS).
• Prior consulting experience with enterprises, public sector institutions, or SMEs.
