الوصف الوظيفي:

تبحث شركتنا عن موظف خدمة عملاء يتمتع بالاحترافية واللباقة، للانضمام إلى فريقنا في جدة. نسعى لاستقطاب شخص يملك مهارات تواصل متميزة وقدرة على تقديم تجربة استثنائية للعملاء بما يحقق أعلى مستويات الرضا.

المسؤوليات:

  • استقبال استفسارات العملاء والرد عليها بدقة واحترافية عبر الهاتف أو وسائل التواصل المختلفة.
  • تقديم معلومات صحيحة وشاملة عن المنتجات والخدمات المتوفرة.
  • متابعة شكاوى العملاء والعمل على حلها بشكل سريع وفعال لضمان رضا العميل.
  • التنسيق المستمر مع أقسام المبيعات والتوصيل لضمان إتمام العمليات بنجاح وحل أي مشكلات قد تواجه العملاء.
  • تحديث بيانات العملاء بشكل منتظم وتوثيق جميع الملاحظات والتفاعلات لضمان مرجعية دقيقة عند الحاجة.

المتطلبات:

  • خبرة سابقة في مجال خدمة العملاء، ويفضل في قطاع الأثاث أو البيع بالتجزئة.
  • مهارات تواصل عالية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
  • القدرة على التعامل مع مختلف أنواع العملاء وحل المشكلات بكفاءة.
  • مهارات تنظيمية عالية والقدرة على إدارة الوقت بفعالية.
  • القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحت ضغط العمل.
