Core Operations Audit Director

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Core Operations Audit Director to oversee and manage the auditing processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating the efficiency of operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying areas for improvement.

Job Responsibility

1-Develop and implement audit plans for core operations to assess internal controls and identify risk

2- Conduct thorough audits of operational procedures, policies, and systems to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulation

3- Analyse audit findings and develop recommendations to improve operational efficiency and mitigate risk

4- Communicate audit results and recommendations to senior management and collaborate with them to implement necessary change

5- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and track progress towards operational excellence

Candidate Requirement

1- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a pl

2- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification prefer

3- Proven experience in auditing core operations and assessing internal control

4- Strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices in operations management

5- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill

6- Effective communication and leadership ability

7- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
