Role and Responsibilities:
Review contract estimates, including proposed materials, production costs, etc. and determine whether they seem reasonable and accurate.
Provide professional and strategic advice to the line manager of urgent contracts’ recommendations and risks.
Manage and coordinate the company's approach towards litigation/ other proceedings to which the company is part of.
Liaise with other parties' legal advisors/ representatives as required.
Undertake legal research as required.
Develop guidance, policies, handbooks, manuals etc., as required to secure/ facilitate the company’s ongoing compliance with the international contract administration standards.
Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures and make recommendations for changes and improvements for the negative department issues.
Manage, lead, and contribute to the development of the company’s contracts and any other documentation that might add to the company’s obligations.
Coordinate all legal/ contract matters with the other departments as needed.
Continuous improvement of contracting processes through refining contract formulation activities, systems, and procedures across different stages of projects’ lifecycle i.e., construction, post-construction, closing out, renewal, extension and so on.
Manage and maintain contemporary records of correspondence and documentation thereof in relation to RFIs, VOs, incoming and outgoing letters, etc.
Manage claim preparation, submission, defending, negotiation, and reaching suitable settlements and resolutions.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounting, legal, or related discipline from a recognized university (Engineering is preferred).
- Overall professional experience from 10 years in facility management industry experience/ exposure.
- If Engineer, (must be registered as a member in SCE).

- Extensive knowledge of KSA Government Tenders and Procurement Law and its Implementing Regulations.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
