Construction Manager - Theme Parks - (DEL 308)

Qiddiya Investment Company, a pioneer in innovative development projects in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Construction Manager - Theme Parks to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the feasibility and constructability of projects from the initial design phase through to completion, contributing to our commitment to quality and efficiency in construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project designs and specifications to assess constructability, identifying potential challenges and recommending modifications to improve project outcomes
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop practical construction methods and ensure designs meet both functional and regulatory requirements
• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate conditions and constraints that may affect construction plans
• Develop guidelines and best practices for buildability assessment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights on design proposals, ensuring alignment with construction capabilities
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to understand material availability, construction techniques, and their impact on project timelines and costs
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on buildability assessments, including recommendations for optimizing design and construction processes
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to construction and buildability
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in construction management, project planning, or a buildability assessment role
• Solid understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Proficient in project management and construction software tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
