Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand market presence.
- Identify and target potential clients, investors, and developers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Provide sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
- Real Estate Experience: 5+ years in luxury/residential or commercial real estate, closing deals valued between $500K - $5M.
- Market Expertise: Strong experience in KSA or Emirates real estate market, with knowledge of local business dynamics and regulations.
- Track Record in Closing Deals: Proven success in consistently closing high-value transactions, exceeding sales quotas, and driving substantial revenue.
- Client Portfolio: Managed diverse clients, from HNWIs to Investors, building long-term relationships and trust.
- Networking Mastery: Have Built an extensive network of property developers, investment firms, and business owners
- Consultative Sales: Skilled at understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions that close deals.
- Business Development: Expert in identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to grow business.
