We are hiring Construction Manager to join our project team in the KSA. You would be working on prestigious PMC project in Riyadh.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
• Responsible for the on-site management of discipline specific construction activities.
• Monitor performance of the construction supervision team to confirm compliance with contractual requirements.
• Primary contact with client representatives to coordinate subcontractor activities to ensure orderly and efficient completion of work.
• Ensure that positive working relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors and our employees are maintained.
• Provide leadership and accountability for the implementation and measurable performance on site.
• Direct the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities.
• Determine the team requirements for the defined scope and schedule.
• Responsible for the overall management of all administrative, commercial and technical services required for the management of the project.
• Provide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions as required.
• Ensure timely acceptance of shop drawings in coordination with design manager and the carrying out reports and other documentation required for the project.

• Chartered / Professional Engineer.
• 15 years’ experience of managing major construction projects.
• Demonstrate effective leadership and high commitment in order to achieve goals.
