Tasks And Responsibilities

The capabilities required for success in this role are:

• Understands the healthcare marketplace especially in Saudi ; the payer environment; customer & accounts priorities; patient, product and monetary flows; patient disease states and therapeutic options.
• Analyzes business trends, market dynamics, patient, product and monetary flows; prioritizes opportunities; builds territory and account plans; and secures needed resources.
• Executes territory and account plans; achieves territory and account plan goals & objectives and materialize actions on a timely basis; and regularly evaluate and adjusts territory and account plans as needed.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy
• Holding Saudi Nationality
• Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical environment is a PLUS.
• Has the understanding of healthcare systems and patient flow in relevant market.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Demonstrated leadership without legitimate authority.
• Demonstrated resilience in complex environments.
