The Compliance Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of the Compliance function activities. He/she is responsible for planning, directing, and managing all activities and processes of flyadeal to ensure compliance with local applicable laws and regulations, and leading practices. The Compliance Manager is responsible for leading a team of Compliance Specialists.



Key Responsibilitie

  • sEnsure periodic updates on Compliance activities and timely reporting of non-compliance matters to the CARCO
  • .Identify Key Performance Indicators for monitoring and reporting compliance-related matters applicable to flyadeal and develop the annual Compliance plan
  • .Update/ Ensure proper implementation of Compliance Framework’s Manual (where applicable) and ensure there are mechanisms in place for Flyadeal’s Employees to comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, and leading practices
  • .Ensure that the Compliance Library/Compliance Monitoring Program is updated on a timely basis to reflect any new changes in the Laws and Regulations, or other requirements
  • .Ensure that Flyadeal complies with all relevant applicable Laws and Regulations, and other requirements (where applicable), and oversee, manage, and mitigate organization-wide Compliance risks jointly with Flyadeal’s departments
  • .Assist Flyadeal’s departments on all Compliance activities and monitor and follow up on the agreed action plan
  • .Provide Training/ Workshops/ Guidance to Flyadeal’s Employees on Compliance matters including the development and oversight of compliance training programs in coordination with the Human Resources Department
  • .Oversee third-party examinations and audits and ensure that information requests from strategic partners, auditors, and regulators are completed accurately and on time
  • .Coordinate with the Internal Audit Department; Risk Management Department; Safety, Security, and Quality Department to align on the Compliance Risk Assessment methodology
  • .Perform any other task required within the job nature of the Compliance function, and as requested by the CARCO

QUALIFICATI

  • ONSBachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Science, Engineering, Statistics, or any Governance, Risk Management, Compliance (GRC) related fie
  • ld.Master’s post-graduate degree or equivalent in business administration (MBA) or Finance, Science, Engineering, Statistics, or any related Governance, Risk Management, Compliance (GRC) fie
  • ld.Qualified/Certified in Compliance such as the International Compliance Association (ICA) or other professional qualification is a pl
  • us.Minimum [7] years of relevant leadership and technical experience, with at least [5] years as Manager of Compliance or equivale
  • nt.Sound technical knowledge and expertise covering the conduct of business matters, Compliance, and regulatory risk and regulatory change matte
