Site Engineer

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer with a background in either civil or architecture to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience working on finishing projects, particularly within high-end establishments such as palaces, hotels, restaurants, shopping malls etc..

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, labors and subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of finishing in line with project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience on site, with a focus on finishing high-end projects.
• Strong knowledge of new construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• ⁠strong knowledge of finishing material types, applications, resources and handling 
• ⁠Excellent communication skills to handle client demands and expectations. 
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and lead a team effectively.
