We are looking for a Facilities Supervisor for our location(s) in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Tabuk, to be responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of all facilities, including buildings, equipment and systems. Under your supervision, you will help keep all our facilities to a high standard of compliance, ensuring that all permits and licensing are in place and up to date, whilst liaising with local/national Government offices (Civil Defence, Municipality, Licensing, security & Police) You will take responsibility and effectively record all facility maintenance, repairs and upgrades, ensuring that Aggreko is pro-actively reviewing and actioning facility conditions utilising a structured maintenance plan, budget and schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the operation and maintenance of all facilities to a high standard, including buildings, equipment, and systems by developing and implementing structured plans and schedules to ensure that all facilities are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure all compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards (Civil Defence, Municipality, Licensing, security & Police)
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of contractors and vendors to ensure that work is completed to specifications and within budget.
  • Coordinate and oversee all facilities-related projects, including construction, renovation, licensing, and expansion projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facilities management, including budgets, maintenance logs, and work orders.
  • Respond to facility-related emergencies and incidents, including out of normal working hours.
  • Handle facilities contracts management (Fire protection systems, Pest Control, HVAC, Plumbing, Waste Management, Janitorial and Cleaning, Landscaping and grounds maintenance, etc.)
  • Under your supervision you will be responsible for all 3rd party contractors within our facilities, ensuring high quality standards and fair market prices. You will also take responsibility for all long/short term hire vehicles within the operational team, keeping accurate records of vehicle owners, suppliers and condition. As part of your role, you will handle facilities contracts management (Fire protection systems, Pest Control, HVAC, Plumbing, Waste Management, Janitorial and Cleaning, Landscaping and grounds maintenance etc.) You will report to the Operations Manager for Saudi Arabia

You’ll Have The Following Skills And Experience

  • 1-2 Years Managerial/Supervisory experience
  • Saudi National
  • Experience of facilities administration and supervision, maintaining facilities and property
  • Financial management and cost control, focused on high-quality cost-effective solutions
  • Familiar with Saudi local & national laws and regulations relating to facility management
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills - communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Can work independently and manage workload under own motivation
  • Native Arabic speaker, with excellent skills in speaking and writing in English language
