Civil Engineer

Location: KSA | Full-Time

Role Overview

Civil Engineers constitute the core technical workforce for project execution, ensuring the highest quality and regulatory compliance in water infrastructure projects. With significant deployment across CENTRAL (960 man-months) and EAST (540 man-months), this role is essential to the success of day-to-day site supervision and technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site activities and ensure civil works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress of construction activities for pipelines, reservoirs, and plants.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with SWA standards.
• Prepare site reports, track project milestones, and escalate delays or technical challenges.
• Support tender evaluations, contractor performance reviews, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years, with 3 years in water project supervision.
• Strong familiarity with SWA technical, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities under tight timelines.
