Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to enhance revenue and customer engagement
- Lead and inspire the commercial team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions
- Oversee marketing programs to ensure alignment with business goals and brand positioning
- Negotiate and manage contracts with stakeholders to protect company interests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business objectives
- At least 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in entertainment, leisure, or real estate industries
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies that yield measurable results
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
- Strong negotiation, communications, and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous
