As a co-founder, you will be instrumental in shaping our company's future and capitalizing on the immense market opportunity in the region.

Role Overview:

As Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer, you will spearhead Kliq's revenue growth by building and scaling our brand and creator partnerships in the rapidly expanding influencer marketing landscape. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will define our market strategy, build a high-performing team, and establish Kliq as the dominant platform in the region. You will directly link the growth and engagement of our creator base to sales success, navigating the unique cultural nuances of the Saudi market.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with Kliq's overall business objectives, specifically tailored for the Saudi Arabia market and expansion.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the region to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to the overall company vision and strategy as a key member of the founding team.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure commercial success, adapting the business model to the rapidly changing influencer marketing landscape.

Revenue Generation & Sales:

  • Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to achieve revenue growth, focusing on acquiring and retaining key brand and agency clients.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, implementing a repeatable and scalable sales process.
  • Directly link the growth and engagement of our creator base to sales success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
  • Oversee pricing strategy and revenue forecasting, factoring in the value of a strong brand and creator network.
  • Drive the development of sales materials, presentations, and proposals that showcase the strength of Kliq's network.
  • Analyze brand and creator performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and to improve the platform's value.
  • Organize and conduct events, workshops, and demos for brands, showcasing the platform's capabilities and driving sales.

Marketing & Brand Building:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to build brand awareness and generate leads, focusing on building a strong brand presence in the local market.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content marketing, and public relations.
  • Establish and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging, tailored for the regional audience.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure alignment between product development and market needs.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing efforts.

Creator Partnerships & Community:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key creators and creator networks in the region.
  • Foster a vibrant and supportive creator community through online and offline initiatives.
  • Organize creator events, workshops, and webinars to provide training and networking opportunities.
  • Manage and grow the creator support system.
  • Achieve strong creator retention and engagement metrics.
  • Strategically build a strong and engaged creator community as a competitive advantage.

Team Leadership & Culture:

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the commercial and brand/creator teams.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Contribute to building a positive and inclusive company culture.
  • Hands-on execution of sales, marketing, and brand/creator management tasks, as needed within an early-stage startup.
  • Act as a leader and represent Kliq's values.
  • Build a high-performing, entrepreneurial team from the ground up.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of building and scaling revenue in a fast-paced, early-stage technology startup.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia's influencer marketing landscape and a strong network of contacts within the industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams.
  • Extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development, with a proven ability to tie brand/creator growth directly to revenue.
  • Strong understanding of brand and creator motivations and needs.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective brand/creator engagement strategies.
  • Ability to analyze brand and creator metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
