Amazon Worldwide Operations is the underlying fulfillment and customer service engine that ensures Amazon creates the same consistent, world-class customer experience every time. We are looking for high-potential, flexible, innovative, and forward-thinking professionals to join our MENA Variable Programs team.
The Channel Team Lead (CTL) provides on-ground support to Ops team and Program Team with initiatives that require complex investigation and proactivity. With a mix of operational and program expertise the Channel Team Lead works with various stakeholders to support, monitor and drive resolution of operational call outs to minimize the overall business risk and maintaining the high Amazon quality bar. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details and foresee data implications. You must be flexible to work weekends and/or overnight shifts regularly and to travel to sites for launch, set up & monitor operations. The Channel Team Lead is a critical role in the Variable Program team organization as it serves as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind business objectives. Being organized, act promptly in notifying off-operational situation, problem solver, detailed oriented are part of your DNA.
At the same time, you will be supporting the Program team who works on the back-end to gather insights and use them to enhance program lifecycle and ensure Amazon standards and Partners best experience.

- Safety
- Ensure all the safety norms are adhered at partner node premises
- Channel Relationship
- Field Visits & Custodian of existing and new Processes
- Escalation on Performance discussion and improvement plans with Partners
- Training & Development
- Train partners associates to help deliver the best service for our customers and ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
- Operations
- Monitor operations of the assigned sites recognize patterns/trends and drive improvements
- Raise, support & follow up on the TT for any tech/safety/MM issues faced at node locations.
- Ensure SOP adherence.

- Launches
- Support the program team on the ground when launching a new EDSP/XPT.
- Facility Set Up (5S, Securing End User Equipment, Facility Flow)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement
- Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
- Experience in managing a team
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- 1+Years Experience in logistics
- 1+Experience with data analysis
