Team And Responsibilities

• The role holder will be responsible for developing and executing Card business product development across different product categories of Hala card holders.
• The incumbent will be responsible for building a comprehensive and competitive Card product suites catering to the cross section of our target customers.
• The candidate should be able to develop specific cards products catering to diversified different segment needs in line with the growth plans in addition to enhancing the current product offering features and benefits to ensure HALA remains competitive in the market. He/she should be deep financial understating of cards business to manage the product parameters and system set up along with enhanced analytical skills to review and validate the cards financials during the migration phase.
• The role holder is also obliged to maintain an up-to-date benchmarking across local and global issuers
• Identify areas of improvement on technical aspects of the card business
• Prepare, present solid business case on sound financial modeling to support new ideas and/or enhancement
• The role holder is also responsible to safeguard HALA’s regulatory affairs from a payment technical standpoint ( MADA , ICS)
• The role holder may be responsible for portfolio activities to support the HALA cards portfolio growth.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years in product management preferably in banking and payments Bachelor's degree Business, software engineering or equivalent
