- Daily Operations
- Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of department / section to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
- Business Development
- Assist in collecting the requirements for Business case to determine the scope
- Analyse the internal environment for help and determine the feasibility
- Analyse the external environment for determine the needs , pains and collect required data
- Analyse the stakeholder for determine the roles and responsibility Analyse the market for testing it
- Analyse the cost estimation for make sure of the feasibility
- Market Research
- Studying the competitors to know your strength and weakness
- Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
- Information Security
- Complies with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
