Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PMCM Senior Engineering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management for large infrastructure projects (roads, tunnels, utilities, and buildings), excellent leadership skills, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Oversee all aspects of engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Mentor and develop engineering staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering management.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, methods, and local regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PE (Professional Engineer) license.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience with PMCM services.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
