Job Description

Role Overview:

The Business Analyst is responsible for engaging with clients to understand their unique business needs, conducting thorough research and analysis, and providing strategic recommendations. This role involves defining project scopes, analyzing data to identify trends, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions that align with client objectives. The Business Analyst will also communicate project progress, engage with stakeholders, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage stakeholders, analyze their needs, and validate requirements through methods such as interviews, surveys, and workshops.
  • Strategic Evaluation: Evaluate potential strategies, model solutions, and provide informed recommendations to address business challenges.
  • Business Understanding: Conduct research, perform benchmarking, and analyze business needs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage Business Sessions: Facilitate workshops, lead brainstorming sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and generate solutions.
  • Business Documentation: Create BRDs, develop workflows, write user stories, and design diagrams to outline requirements and visualize processes.
  • Scope Management: Define, manage, and secure the project scope by establishing clear boundaries, managing change requests, and ensuring alignment with business objectives to prevent scope creep
  • Prototypes Follow-Up: Review prototypes, gather stakeholder feedback, and coordinate improvements with design and development teams.
  • Development Follow-Up: Monitor development progress, communicate with teams, conduct testing and validation, coordinate UAT, and refine the solution based on feedback.
  • Communication and Reporting: Present findings and updates to clients through various formats, including oral, visual, and written communication.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and report on gathered data to support decision-making processes.

Job requirements

  • Education:
  • ⁠ Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration,Information system or a related field.
  • ⁠Saudi nationality is required.
  • Experience: A proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion. Experience in managing budgets and financial aspects of projects is essential.
  • Required Skills:
  • ⁠ Proficiency in research and analysis frameworks.
  • ⁠ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • ⁠ Experience in project or product management and the ability to implement solutions effectively.
  • ⁠ Strong stakeholder engagement abilities, including the use of various methods to gather and validate requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
