Position: Field Force Manager - One Rare

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (covering Riyadh and Eastern Region)

As a Field Force Manager for One Rare at Sanofi, your role focuses on managing field activities related to Sanofi's rare disease portfolio in Riyadh and the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.

Job Description

  • Leads and develops Customer Facing field teams in order to meet both sales targets & Clinical science associates ( CSAs) objectives on yearly targets.
  • Oversee daily business operations by coordinating cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and implementing efficient processes that enhance customer-facing activities while ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives and go-to-market execution.
  • Accountable for the volume and revenue forecast accuracy including sales and distribution of the promoted portfolio and targets breakdown to CSA.
  • Full accountability for yearly targets and resource allocation across the area.
  • Accelerate and facilitate accounts management process with Access and tender management teams
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate field team members within the assigned territory
  • Identify and develop market opportunities for rare disease products in Riyadh and the Eastern Region
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers specializing in rare diseases across the assigned geography
  • Implement flawlessly the field tactics specific to the rare disease market in Riyadh and the Eastern Region. and ensure raising RD awareness through the RD Reach project.
  • Set and monitor performance targets, analyze metrics, and implement improvement strategies for the assigned territory
  • Work closely with medical, marketing, and market access teams to ensure integrated approach in the region
  • Ensure all field activities comply with Saudi Arabian pharmaceutical industry regulations and Sanofi's policies

Required Skills And Experience

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • People management experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Experience in pharmaceutical field operations in Saudi Arabia, preferably in specialty care in governmental business.
  • Proven track record in developing and motivating high-performing teams
  • Fluency in Arabic and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in implementing employee development programs
  • Experience in conflict resolution and performance improvement initiatives
  • In-depth understanding of the rare disease landscape in Saudi Arabia, particularly in Riyadh and the Eastern Region, is a plus
  • Familiarity with the healthcare systems and key stakeholders in Riyadh and the Eastern Region
