KSA HR Team Lead

Your Role

Ensure local implementation of global HR standards, and adopt HR guidelines and procedures locally, if required;

• Plan and decide on HR budgets. Allocate resources and complete respective regular reporting.
• Oversee local HR generalists. Manage recruiting, development, training and related programmes.
• Ensure change processes are effectively managed, and ensure respective support for all business management.
• Partner with accountable management and provide advice on all organisation and HR-related matters.
• Maintain the relations to works council, and plan, lead, and close negotiations for collective agreements.
• Manage the HR organisation, for assigned organisations at local or regional level.
