Robert Walters Middle East is currently working with a multinational professional services company. They are looking to hire a Billings & Operations Specialist. This position is based in Riyadh, KSA.
Responsibilities

- Generate and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner based on contracts, service agreements, and project milestones.
- Review and validate billing information, including rates, discounts, and client-specific billing requirements.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of billed and unbilled accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor and manage WIP to ensure timely conversion into billable invoices.
- Review WIP reports regularly to identify unbilled items and address any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with project managers and department leads to ensure that WIP is accurately captured and reflects project progress.
- Raising supplier purchase requests and recording the receipt of goods.
- Assisting the BD Manager with preparing capability documents and team infographics for bids.
- Managing client registration portals.
- Creating documents for pitches, marketing initiatives, and presentations, and conducting research when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Billings Analyst, Billing Coordinator, or similar role.
- Professional services industry experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and accounting standards.
- Advanced knowledge of billing software, ERP systems, and WIP management.
