Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Configure and integrate Business Central with other enterprise systems for seamless data flow and process efficiency.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather system requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL language, extensions, and relevant tools.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Stay updated with new features in Dynamics 365 Business Central and recommend system improvements.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to solution designs for enhanced system architecture.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for system customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed for integrated solutions.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development and customization.
• Proficient in AL programming language, C/AL, and extensions.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience implementing and maintaining custom solutions, workflows, and reports within Business Central.
• Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 Business Central with other Microsoft products like Power BI, Azure, and Office 365.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, particularly in Business Central, are a plus.
