Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Associate Director - Hospitality Business Development & Partnerships to contribute to the creation of an exceptional hospitality experience that aligns with our vision of becoming a leading entertainment destination. In this role, you will be essential in identifying and securing partnerships that enhance Qiddiya's hospitality initiatives.
Your expertise will help drive the growth and sustainability of our hospitality offerings by engaging with key stakeholders and cultivating relationships with potential partners in the hospitality and tourism sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share in the hospitality sector
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to guide operator selection, brand positioning, and strategic negotiations
- Conduct research & analysis, participate in meetings and negotiations, develop projections, special reports, presentation and produce due diligence reports for the Hospitality department
- Identify, select and evaluate potential operators for Qiddiya hospitality assets
- Play a key role in negotiations of key legal agreements (i.e. commercial and legal framework of Technical Service Agreement & Hotel Management Agreement) and the operator appointment
- Focus on developing "new" partnerships & brand within hospitality framework
- Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure progression of negotiations, project milestones, and deliverables and assist with project support by reviewing sites, projects, existing hotels/resorts, etc as required
- Represent Qiddiya in meetings with operators, investors, and key partners, communicating strategic objectives and commercial framework
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the hospitality industry
- Strong track record in securing partnerships and managing relationships in the hospitality sector
