Key Responsibilities – Area Sales Supervision, Team Leadership, and Business Growth

  • Supervise, support, and motivate sales teams within assigned territories to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
  • Implement company sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and standard operating procedures to ensure cohesive execution in all outlets.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers, resolve escalated issues promptly, and ensure superior customer experience in every channel.
  • Analyze sales and inventory reports, manage resources efficiently, and recommend action plans to maximize sales outcomes.
  • Guide recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of sales team members to foster skill development and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical sales practices at all times.

Qualifications & Skills – Sales Supervision, Communication, And Performance Management

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field – or equivalent hands-on experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising sales teams in retail, FMCG, or B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, developing talent, and driving commercial results.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to inspire, instruct, and engage team members from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills to handle competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with sales reporting tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned area as required.
