Architectural Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and renovation of building structures, ensuring functionality, safety, aesthetics, and compliance with local regulations and codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and detailed construction drawings in coordination with clients and project teams.
• Review and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and building codes to ensure design accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to integrate all building systems in the design.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Prepare 3D models and renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other software as required.
• Assist in preparing material specifications, BOQs, and technical reports for projects.
• Monitor the architectural aspects of construction projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout all phases of design and construction.
• Ensure that designs are sustainable, cost-effective, and aligned with local and international standards.
  
  

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in architectural design and construction supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office; knowledge of BIM is a strong plus.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi Building Codes, materials, and construction methods.
• Strong visual awareness, design skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid Saudi Engineering Council Accreditation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
