We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Riyadh.

This role is responsible for handling daily financial operations and managing procurement activities to ensure timely, accurate reporting and efficient supply of materials and services.


Key Responsibilities

• Record and process daily accounting transactions and journal entries

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and submit them on schedule

• Process employee payroll and manage benefits

• Ensure compliance with Saudi tax laws, including timely filing of tax returns

• Manage the procurement cycle: assess needs, collect quotations, negotiate, and issue purchase orders

• Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery

• Review supplier invoices and confirm accuracy against purchase orders and received goods

• Oversee receiving, inspection, and storage processes in coordination with relevant departments

• Maintain organized archives of all financial and procurement documents

• Assist with annual budgeting and financial forecasting

• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or procurement

• Solid understanding of Saudi financial systems, laws, and tax regulations

• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools

• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

• Proficient in English (written and verbal)

• Currently residing in Riyadh or willing to relocate

• Saudi nationals or residents are preferred management growth
