Overview
As an Account Manager at Moneythor, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our innovative banking solutions. Based in Riyadh, you will play a key role in managing and growing client relationships, driving strategic upsells, and maintaining high retention rates. Your focus will be on aligning Moneythor’s offerings with clients’ long-term strategies, quantifying value propositions, and fostering advocacy to maximize client lifetime value and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, building trust-based relationships to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans to drive long-term success, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Post-Implementation Success: Oversee post-deployment planning, ensuring seamless support and operational efficiency.
- Client Adoption & Engagement: Design and implement strategies to maximize client adoption and ongoing usage of Moneythor’s solutions.
- Retention & Growth: Strengthen client relationships through tailored use cases, product insights, and strategic engagement to enhance retention.
- Business Alignment: Act as a key liaison, maintaining regular touchpoints with client business departments to align solutions with their goals.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide insights and recommendations to optimize client performance and identify new growth opportunities.
- Performance & Revenue Monitoring: Track client satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, and identify upsell or expansion opportunities.
- Finance & Collections: Ensure timely payments by managing finance collections.
- Client Advocacy & Referrals: Support referral and advocacy initiatives by developing case studies, testimonials, and interviews.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for client concerns, ensuring swift resolutions and delivering strong value.
- Reporting & Insights: Maintain accurate client records and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders on account health, pipeline, and growth initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, preferably in fintech, banking, or enterprise software sectors.
- Strong understanding of account management principles, including strategic planning, client relationship management, and digital transformation trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and advisory capabilities to align solutions with client objectives and articulate clear value propositions.
- Proactive and results-driven, with a competitive spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flat organizational structure.
- Passion for innovation and a strong work ethic to contribute directly to Moneythor’s mission of transforming banking experiences.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
