Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for Developing and maintaining the subsidiaries' Governance Framework to ensure effective oversight, accountability, and alignment with strategic objectives, while coordinating with stakeholders for its rollout and fostering collaboration through communication protocols, performance assessments, and governance tools.

Contributes in the development of stc’s organization strategy and to the overall process of management and corporate decision making along with other members of the Executive Team.

- Leads and monitors change in the Subsidiaries Governance Excellence providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.
- Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the Subsidiaries Governance Excellence .
