About the position

As an Account Executive specializing in automotive and logistics enterprise sales, you will own the end-to-end sales motion for the GCCs largest dealer groups, fleet operators, logistics hubs, and transportation enterprises. You will position Teammates.ai not simply as software, but as an operational transformation layer that unlocks autonomy in customer service, sales, recruiting, driver operations, fleet support, and more.

 

Requirements

  • Established rolodex across major automotive dealer groups, OEM distributors, fleet operators, 3PLs, logistics enterprises, or transport leaders in the GCC.
  • Understanding of industry decision cycles, operational pain points, and digital transformation priorities.
  • Daily use of AI to prospect faster, research deeper, run outreach, and manage reporting.
  • Comfortable selling transformative AI, automation, or enterprise SaaS.
  • 40 years of proven success in B2B SaaS / enterprise sales, ideally in AI, automation, workflows, or operational software.
  • Demonstrated ability to run complex sales cycles with C-suite, IT, operations, and business-unit leaders.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate clear ROI.
  • Ability to guide organizations through operational change and autonomy adoption.
  • Professional fluency in Arabic (dialects a strong advantage).
  • Strong English (written + spoken).
  • Deep knowledge of GCC relationship-driven sales dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel across GCC markets to engage clients, lead workshops, and support deal execution.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting 0 qualification 0 discovery 0 solution design 0 negotiation 0 closing 0 expansion.
  • Engage C-suite and operational heads across automotive dealer groups, OEM distributors, rental/leasing, logistics, transport, and last-mile operators.
  • Position Teammates.ai as a strategic transformation partner that unlocks autonomy, faster cycle times, and measurable operational ROI.
  • Lead industry-specific demos, ROI workshops, and use-case mapping tailored to automotive and logistics workflows.
  • Translate AI capabilities into business outcomes such as reduced handle times, increased lead conversion, optimized fleet communication, and 24/7 autonomous customer support.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline across dealer groups, logistics enterprises, transportation operators, and automotive service networks.
  • Leverage both personal relationships and AI-powered prospecting methods.
  • Partner with Marketing to execute vertical-focused campaigns and with SPEs to scope technical requirements.
  • Accelerate adoption across GCC automotive and logistics markets (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain).
  • Bring deep market intelligence about dealer networks, distribution groups, fleet operators, 3PLs, and mobility ecosystems.
  • Provide feedback to influence vertical-specific GTM playbooks and product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with SPEs during pilots to ensure smooth integrations with systems like DMS, CRM, fleet management platforms, and customer service tools.
  • Partner with Customer Growth Partners to drive adoption, expansion, renewals, and cross-functional penetration within each enterprise.
