Senior Executive - Sales

Job Description

Selling Ashok Leyland, CMC & Escorts Vehicles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features. Qualify customers by understanding buyer's needs and work application. Keep existing and potential customers informed about new vehicles and deals.

Strategic

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Submit periodic reports to Line Manager.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions organized in Riyadh.
• Gather market feedback from customers or prospects and share with Line Manager.
• Collaborate with Line Manager in preparation of Sales budget.
• Collect payment.
  
  

Operational

• Additional responsibility of selling ESCORTS Construction Equipment.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through social media and other marketing channels.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations in Riyadh branch.
• Ensure upkeep of Demonstrator vehicles and maintaining a log for the same.
• Monitor progress of promotional campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance to Line Manager.
• Monitor customer-wise collections and submit weekly report to Line Manager on updated status.
• Competition analysis of our vehicle models vis-à-vis competing models.
• Organizing sales visits & establishing new business contacts.
• Demonstrate vehicles by offering test drives.
• Explain warranties and after sale services.
