As a Reinforcement Of The Team, You Will

• Create/track PO for 3C Metal & AET side through GX SYSTEM
• Fill Suppliers documentation
• Perform a variety of administrative support duties such as marketing services, purchasing and maintenance of office equipment, pantry..
• Handle Petty cash and tracking petty cash purchases and actioning the purchase
• create monthly report
• Translate 3C Metal invoices and making sure they are in-line with Zacat
• Communicate with Suppliers and provide/process for vendor registration and invoices
• Maintain variety of trackers (Flight tracker, PO Tracker, Expense claim..)
• Assist the admin coordinator i travel arrangement, hotel booking and staff accommodation maintenance.
  
  

Profile

Educational Background

We seek the ideal candidate profile with:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point
  
  

Industry Knowledge

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
